Made to order, handled with care.

This pre-launch policy distinguishes instant digital delivery from personalized physical products and preserves your rights when an order is faulty, damaged, wrong, or missing.

Physical ordering is not openThe first guarded physical pilot is an 8×10 enhanced-matte poster. Printful submission and confirmation remain disabled until a delivered sample, billing method, return address, packaging, and support process are approved.

Digital delivery

The digital product is a personalized, high-resolution, watermark-free PNG. After Stripe verifies payment, ClassicPetArt creates a private entitlement and provides an expiring download link. The link lasts seven days and can be renewed from a verified order or signed-in account.

If the file is missing, corrupted, materially different from the purchased preview, or inaccessible after reasonable troubleshooting, contact hello@classicpetart.com with the order number. We will restore delivery or provide another remedy required by law.

Physical availability and pricing

Only products and exact variants that have passed file, placement, shipping, and physical-sample approval will appear in live checkout. The planned first pilot is the 8×10 poster; the wider display catalog is not an assurance that every format is available for purchase.

Product price, applicable tax, available delivery service, and shipping cost are calculated for the destination and shown before payment. We do not add a shipping charge after payment without your express agreement.

Production and delivery estimates

A physical product is made after payment from the portrait and variant confirmed at checkout. An estimated production and delivery window will be shown before live ordering. Estimates are not guaranteed dates; carrier disruption, customs, address problems, weather, and peak demand may cause delay.

Tracking appears in the account or order communication when the fulfilment provider supplies it. Customers must provide a complete supported delivery address. Contact support promptly if tracking is stalled or marks an undelivered parcel as delivered.

Cancellation and change of mind

Physical items are made to order from your selected portrait. The usual change-of-mind withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. A cancellation request can be considered before Printful confirms production, but cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Digital delivery may begin immediately at your express request. Once download access begins, an applicable withdrawal right for supplied digital content may end. These personalized or digital exceptions do not affect rights relating to defects, damage, wrong goods, or non-delivery.

Damage, defects, and wrong items

Contact hello@classicpetart.com with the order number, a description, and—where reasonably necessary—clear photographs of the item and packaging. Reporting visible shipping damage promptly, preferably within 14 days, helps us investigate, but does not shorten any statutory complaint period.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, wrong, or materially different from the order, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. This may be a no-cost repair or replacement, price reduction, or refund when repair or replacement is unavailable, unsuccessful, or unreasonable. Required return shipping is paid by the responsible trader.

Lost, returned, or undeliverable parcels

We will investigate a parcel that is lost in transit. If delivery fails because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, additional production or shipping cost may be required where the law permits. If the carrier or fulfilment provider is responsible, you will not be charged for the appropriate remedy.

The final return address and country-specific instructions will be provided by support. Do not send a personalized item to Printful or another address without authorization, because that may delay the remedy.

Email hello@classicpetart.com for delivery, return, replacement, or refund support. Before physical checkout opens, ClassicPetArt must publish the operator’s legal identity and postal complaint address and complete a real end-to-end support rehearsal.
